John De Bono has a passion for learning and specializes in organisational development, team building, leadership and transformative education. He utilizes a range of interactive learning dynamics and is influenced by humanistic education and psychodrama.

John has worked in the education, health, corporate as well as not-for-profit systems in Australia and New Zealand. He has designed and conducted workshops for boards, CEOs, all levels of management and frontline staff. John has participated in several national and international conferences as presenter, facilitator and key note speaker.

An innovative educator, John has enjoyed a rewarding career as a teacher, principal, trainer and facilitator. Since 1998, John has been working with organizations, assisting them to lead change and development through integrative education processes.

John is an accredited Psychodramatist and is associated with the Melbourne Institute of Psychodrama.

He is also a Practitioner Member of the Moreno Society and a Practitioner Member of LEADR Association of Alternative Dispute Resolvers.
